Welcome to vendorlogic. These terms govern your use of our Vendor Management tools for onboarding, renewals, and SLA tracking, as well as any information products and physical goods offered through vendorlogic.pro.
1. Definitions
- Services: onboarding, renewals, and SLA tracking tools.
- Information Products: digital guides, reports, and training materials.
- Goods: physical items sold on vendorlogic.
2. Access and Use
By accessing vendorlogic, you agree to comply with these terms. You must be authorized by your organization to use our Services and to enter into binding agreements.
3. Subscriptions and Renewals
Subscriptions for Services are billed based on the selected plan and term. Renewal notices are sent prior to the end of each term. Failure to renew will result in suspension of access.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
vendorlogic commits to 99.5% uptime for its Services. In the event of a service disruption exceeding agreed thresholds, customers may be eligible for service credits as detailed in their SLA.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials provided by vendorlogic remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your internal business purposes.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services (Onboarding, Renewals, SLA Tracking)
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not consumed more than 10% of the Service. To initiate, submit a request via the contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Clients may also request to transfer their subscription to another entity under the same terms. If significant resources have been allocated or work has commenced beyond the initial setup phase, refunds may be denied to cover administrative and provisioning costs.
6.2 Information Products
Information Products are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no downloads or access have occurred. To request a refund, use the contact form. Once approved, funds will be credited back via the original payment channel within 5 business days. If partial access has been granted, a partial refund may be offered at vendorlogic’s discretion.
6.3 Goods
Physical Goods purchased through vendorlogic may be returned within 30 days of shipment, subject to inspection and return in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, funds will be credited to the payment account within 10 business days. Custom or open-box items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature and hygiene considerations.
7. Non-Transferable Services
Unless otherwise stated, Services subscriptions are non-transferable. Transfer requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval from vendorlogic.
8. Limitation of Liability
vendorlogic’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
